Your run keeps going, whoever’s driving it.

EveryStop holds everything a driver needs to know about your run — access notes, gate codes, hazards, where each parcel actually goes — in one place that any of your drivers can open. It works the whole way round with no signal.

The problem

Most of what makes a run work is in one person’s head.

Which gate to use. Which dog to watch. Which box belongs to the house set back off the road. Whose parcels go to the shed and whose go to the house. None of it is written down anywhere useful, because it has never needed to be.

Then the regular driver is sick, or takes leave, or moves on — and whoever picks up the run starts from close to nothing. The run still has to go out. It just goes out slower, with more phone calls and more mistakes.

“If I’m away, I’m on the phone half the morning explaining the run to whoever’s driving it.”

— the problem EveryStop was built to solve

What it does

The run, on a screen, exactly as you’d explain it.

The day’s run sheet and map

Today’s stops in delivery order, with a map showing what’s done, what’s next, and what’s still outstanding. The driver can see at a glance where they are up to without counting through paper.

Every stop carries its own notes

Gate codes, access instructions, hazards, dogs, where the customer wants parcels left — recorded against the address itself. Add something once and every driver who comes after has it.

It works with no signal

Rural runs have dead patches. EveryStop keeps everything on the device, so it works the whole way round whether there is coverage or not, and catches up on its own when it gets back into range.

A new driver can run it from day one

A relief driver opens the app and has the same information the regular driver has — in order, on a map, with the notes attached. No handover phone calls, no pile of scribbled pages, no starting from scratch every time someone new takes the wheel.

A record of every day

Each day’s run sheet is kept, so you can look back at what went out and when. Useful when a customer asks, and useful when you want to know how the run is actually tracking.

Getting set up

You don’t have to type your run in. That’s the job I do.

The setup is the part that stops people, so it isn’t left to you. Getting a run into EveryStop is a paid service I do for each new customer, and it happens before you have to use the app at all.

Tell me about your run

Fill in the form below, or just ring. Roughly how many stops, how many people drive it, and what you use now.

I build your run

Your stops, addresses and delivery order are loaded in and checked. Whatever you already have — spreadsheets, lists, the folder in the van — is what I work from.

We go through it together

We add the knowledge that isn’t written anywhere: the gates, the hazards, the ones with particular instructions. This is usually a drive around the run.

You start using it

It’s on your phone or a tablet in the van from the first morning, already full of your run. Nothing to set up yourself.

If you’d rather do it yourself

Some people would sooner set their own run up, and on a smaller run that’s a fair call. If that’s you, I’ll get you started and show you how it works — no setup fee.

One thing worth knowing either way: the part that makes the app worth having isn’t the addresses, it’s everything around them — the gates, the hazards, the ones with particular instructions. That’s the knowledge sitting in your head, and it’s the bit a relief driver actually needs. Whichever way you set up, put that in.

Ongoing cost is a subscription that scales with the size of your run, so a small run pays less than a big one. I’ll give you the number for your run when you get in touch — no obligation.

Enquire

Tell me about your run.

No pressure and no salesmanship — tell me what you’ve got and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth it for you.

Your details are used only to get back to you about your run. They aren’t shared with anyone else. See our privacy policy.

Would rather just email?
samgraham@orlin.nz — tell me your run and roughly how many stops, and I’ll come back to you. If it looks like a fit we’ll set up a time to talk it through properly.
